Our shop offers several options for payment, you can chose one that suits you best. You can pay by credit card, through Paypal or by cash on delivery (for the moment we only deliver to Romania).
Products, Shipping & Delivery
Price Policy
Certain products and/or services may be available exclusively online through this website. These products or serivices may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We are making every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear in our online store. We cannot however guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We also reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

For Bucharest there is the option of meeting and hand delivery, you can request more information about this option by sending an e-mail at contact@alexandraungurelu.com.
Most jewelry pieces that you will find in the www.alexandraungurelu.com shop can be shipped in a few days, if in stock. For some customized pieces, (for example a differrent ring size than the one available in the shop) Made To Order or Bespoke items, it will take up to 7 or 14 working days in order for us to create that piece of jewelry. Delivery of each item may vary with some items made to order, where possible, this will be specified in the item description, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date. All orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting with Monday.
Prices are curently set in RON currency.
Prices do not include the shipping cost.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
Return Policy
Products ordered through our shop can be returned within 10 days, from the day of receiving the parcel; after these days have passed we won't be able to offer you a refund or exchange. This means that during the relevant period if you change your mind or decide for any reason that you do not want to receive or keep a product, you can notify us of your decision to cancel and receive a refund or exchange.
Conditions for returning a product:
The cost of return shipping will be supported by you and are required to retain proof of payment and a receip for the return shipping.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it; it must also be in the original packaging.
Unfortunately it is not possible to refund sale items or Bespoke/Made To Order items; Earrings cannot be returned/refunded, unless they are faulty, this is due to hygiene reasons. Once we have received your return, we will check the item's condition and once approved will process the refund. We will notify you via email once your return has been received and approved.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If there are manufacturing defects we will inform you regarding a new or repaired pieces.
Privacy Policy
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer's internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): with your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practives to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misued, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
